Madam Teresita I. Biscaro
Teresita I. Biscaro, born on February 16, 1968. With parents, Trinidad Juanson Santos Intalan of Pasig Rizal and Flordelino Yabis Ynovejas Biscaro from Bidduang Pamplona Cagayan. The eldest among the brood of 6 children followed by Florante Biscaro born 1969, Trinilda 1973, Triny 1978, Lucky 1982 and Prince Ron 1993.
During early schooling, graduated as Best in Mathematics and Most Creative. Got a grade of Outstanding in Mathematics during the elementary days. A consistent Section 1 until graduated and was awarded with a 4 year scholarship in High School by Caritas Manila at Saint Anne’s Academy and with a 92% in the National College Entrance Examinations, 99% grade in the non formal education exam given by Department of Education.
After high school graduation, in 1984 worked as a part time employee in the Administration Office of the Mandaluyong City hall while taking Computer Engineering Class in the afternoon at the Rizal Technological College. 1987 worked as secretary to Miss Corazon Dizon Sullivan at Colossal Travel located at airport road in Pasay City.
1991 enrolled at the Info Tech Computer College at Crossing Mandaluyong and took up the Computer System Technology, then later became secretary of Vice Mayor Ramon M. Guzman of Mandaluyong. The following year transferred to Business License and Permits Office, as Computer Data Encoder 2.
In 1992, started devoting much time in Jendo and Traditional martial arts sports training. Attended seminars and workshops regarding Management of Combative Sports Competitions, Sports Leadership and Management and Sports Medicine. Also took special trainings on Aikido and Ngo-cho Kung Fu under Master Ang Hua Kun at the Tzing Hua Ngo-Cho Kung Fu Center in Manila.
Graduated at the National College of Physical Education at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila in 2006 of Arnis Professionals Instructors Course. The course includes Sports Science (Bio Mechanics), Physical Fitness Science, Traumatology (First Aid and CPR), Sports Psychology, Nutrition, Organization and Managing Competition, Arnis I (An Instructional Concepts, basic of Effective Teaching Arnis), Arnis 2 (Cultural: Traditional Anyo and Dance Standard) Arnis 3 (Sports Rules and Officiating Methods and Coaching Technicques). A resource instructress in different Training Camps and Local Seminars. Obtain her Masters title rank in 2010 at the Integrated Colleges of Physical Education and Sports.
Corporate Secretary and Board of Director Philippine Jendo Asssociation and Philippine Full Contact Self Defense Federation. Became the Executive Secretary to the President of Philippine Jendo Association for 15 years and now holds the position as the President of the Jendo Federation Philippines and Secretary General of the International Jendo Federation. Among the task given is to maintain the international relation of the Federation and includes travel and visitation to other countries with affiliates. Resource Speaker in International Seminars and Arrange International Tournaments and Competitions. Responsible for strategic planning for local and international promotions and other extension programs.
